We took the opposite path — small fresh batches of traditional millets, pulses and grains, the kind of food families ate every day before it was optimised into packets. Each blend is cleaned, soaked, shade-dried, slow-roasted and ground with care. No added sugar, no preservatives, and a real batch date on every box.
