At Gutfinity, we believe fresh food deserves a little extra care.

Our products are prepared and packed according to our fresh-batch production cycle rather than being kept ready in long-term warehouse stock. This means your order may take a little longer to reach you, but it allows us to prepare your batch closer to your order date.

1. How Your Order Reaches You

Once your order is successfully confirmed, it follows these simple steps:

Step 1 — Fresh Preparation

Your order enters our production and packing process.

Production & packing: approximately 7 days

Step 2 — Dispatch

Once your batch is ready, it is handed over to our courier partner.

Dispatch: around Day 8

Step 3 — Delivery

After dispatch, your order is delivered through our courier network.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other external circumstances.

2. Why Does Gutfinity Take Time to Ship?

We don't want your food sitting in a warehouse unnecessarily.

Our fresh-batch approach allows us to align production more closely with actual customer orders. Instead of focusing only on speed, we focus on fresh preparation, careful packing, and a reliable delivery process.

So, if your Gutfinity order takes a few extra days, that's part of the way we prepare your batch.

Fresh takes a little time. And we think it's worth it.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you shipping and tracking information to the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking link to follow your order's journey until it reaches you.

4. Please Check Your Delivery Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, house/flat number, street, city, PIN code, and other delivery details are correct before completing your order.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in:

  1. Delivery delays
  2. Failed delivery attempts
  3. The package being returned to our facility
  4. Additional shipping charges if a new shipment needs to be arranged

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. What If I Miss My Delivery?

If the courier attempts delivery and you're unavailable, the courier partner may make another delivery attempt according to their process.

To avoid delays, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or that the courier can reach you by phone.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Delivery Delays

We work to follow our stated production and delivery timelines as closely as possible.

However, certain circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery, including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Transportation or logistics disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Natural events

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your order should reach you safely and in good condition.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, incorrect, or has an issue with the contents, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible with:

Order ID + photographs/videos of the package and product

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
