1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Gutfinity (the "Website", "Site", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Gutfinity Foods. By accessing our Site, creating an account, subscribing to our services, or purchasing our products (collectively, the "Services"), you ("the Customer", "the User") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. Any new features, tools, or products added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms.

2. The On-Demand Fresh-Batch Production Model

Gutfinity operates on a proprietary Rolling Fresh Batch Production Model as illustrated in Screenshot 2026-06-20 at 1.11.25 PM.png. Unlike conventional brands that mass-produce and warehouse aging inventory, we do not maintain pre-packaged stock.

By entering into this agreement, you explicitly acknowledge and accept our individual batch timelines:

  • Production Triggers: The moment your subscription renews or a single order is confirmed, your specific packet is structurally scheduled and enters a fresh production and clean-label packing cycle lasting approximately seven (7) days.

  • Dispatch & Commitment: Dispatches are finalized on Day 8 (the day immediately following the production cycle). Because your food is prepared on-demand, orders cannot be halted or diverted once raw ingredient milling and batching have commenced.

3. Subscription Accounts, Automated Billing, and Renewals

  • Account Responsibility: To access our subscription services, you must create a secure customer account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

  • Continuous Subscription Terms: Gutfinity subscriptions operate on a recurring 30-day billing and consumption cycle. Your designated payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each 30-day cycle to seamlessly trigger your next fresh production batch.

  • Subscription Modification and Cancellation:

    • You retain absolute control over your subscription and may pause, modify, or cancel your plan at any time through your Customer Dashboard.

    • The Cut-off Deadline: To successfully opt out of an upcoming fresh batch and avoid being billed, cancellations or pauses must be finalized before your scheduled recurring billing date.

    • Once a renewal payment is processed, the order is instantly locked into our production pipeline as a confirmed batch. Cancellations attempted after billing will apply to the subsequent month's cycle, and the active batch will be produced and delivered as scheduled.

4. Product Descriptions, Dietary Intent, and Disclaimers

  • Clean-Label & Preservation: Gutfinity products (including Daily Base – Classic and Daily Base – Steady) are clean-label, fibre-forward daily staple formulations containing zero added artificial preservatives or stabilizers. Consequently, they are designed strictly for immediate, standard 30-day consumption cycles upon receipt.

  • Non-Clinical Disclaimer: Gutfinity products are classified as daily food staples optimized for general digestive wellness and routine lifestyle maintenance. They are non-medicated and non-supplemental. No information on this Site should be construed as medical advice or as a clinical replacement for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or dietary intervention.

  • Formulation Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter product blends, packaging aesthetics, or pricing. Ongoing subscribers will be given a minimum of 14 days' notice via email regarding any pricing modifications before their next automated renewal.

5. Prohibited Uses & Intellectual Property

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights (including brand trade dress, proprietary formulation names, and custom-built operational systems), or to submit false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gutfinity Foods, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products, or from delivery delays inherent to agricultural sourcing or third-party logistics. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gutfinity from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local consumer protection and corporate laws governing our principal place of business. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved via amicable mediation before escalating to binding arbitration.
