At Gutfinity, we optimize strictly for freshness, nutritional preservation, and sustainable kitchen routines—not warehouse optimization. Because our staples are completely preservative-free and manufactured on a personalized timeline, we do not offer instantaneous, next-day, or standard overnight shipping.
By purchasing from Gutfinity, you choose a deliberate, fresher supply chain that aligns production directly with your household consumption.
2. Systematic Dispatch Schedule
As detailed in Screenshot 2026-06-20 at 1.11.25 PM.png, your delivery lifecycle moves through a precise, sequential timeline from the exact date your order or subscription payment is confirmed:

Phase 1: Production & Packing (~7 Days): The moment your payment is validated, your packet enters production. It is milled, blended, and clean-label packaged fresh over a 7-day period.

Phase 2: Dispatch (Day 8): On the eighth day following your order, your freshly prepared packet departs our production facility.

Phase 3: Estimated Delivery (3–5 Days Post-Dispatch): Your package is handed over to our express courier network and reaches your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your geographic location.
3. Shipping Carriers and Real-Time Tracking

Courier Allocation: Once a batch completes its 7-day production run, we partner with reliable, express third-party shipping networks to move the fresh product to your pantry as quickly as possible.

Tracking Infrastructure: Within 24 hours of your package departing our facility (Day 8), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS containing a live, trackable link.
4. Delivery Safeguards and Address Accuracy

Buyer Obligation: Because Gutfinity products are fresh daily staples without synthetic shelf-life extenders, timely delivery is critical. It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Unclaimed or Misrouted Shipments: Gutfinity cannot accept financial liability or issue replacement batches for deliveries that fail due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Failure of the recipient to collect the package from secure mailrooms or designated parcel lockers within a reasonable timeframe.

Repeated failed delivery attempts by the carrier where the recipient was unreachable.

If a package is returned to our facility due to customer error, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping fees incurred to re-route a new batch from our safety buffer.
5. Force Majeure & External Delays
While we rigorously adhere to our internal production timelines (~7 days), external factors such as extreme weather anomalies, nationwide logistics strikes, or catastrophic agricultural supply disruptions may occasionally delay dispatch. In such rare instances, Gutfinity guarantees transparent, immediate communication via email outlining the adjusted delivery schedule.
