2. Our Fresh-Batch Production Process
Gutfinity follows a fresh-batch production model.
We prepare products based on confirmed customer orders rather than maintaining large quantities of finished products in storage.
How it works:
Order confirmed → Fresh preparation → Packing → Dispatch → Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production process, which takes approximately 7 days.
Your order is generally dispatched around Day 8, followed by delivery through our courier partners.
Because ingredients and production capacity are allocated once an order enters production, orders may not be cancelled or modified after production has started.

3. Customer Accounts
Some Gutfinity services, including subscriptions, may require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your login details secure.
- Updating your information when necessary.
- All activity carried out through your account.

4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals
Gutfinity subscription plans may operate on a recurring billing cycle, depending on the plan selected.
When you subscribe, your selected payment method may be automatically charged according to the subscription schedule shown at checkout.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your customer account, subject to the applicable cancellation and billing timelines.
To avoid the next renewal, cancellation or pause requests should be completed before your scheduled renewal date.
Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed, that order may enter our fresh-batch production process and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Any cancellation made after a renewal may apply to the following subscription cycle.
